Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our organization's HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes
- Conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are familiar with company policies, procedures, and benefits
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations
- Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Conduct interviews and assist in the selection process for potential candidates
- Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Assist in succession planning efforts to identify high-potential employees for future leadership roles
- Support strategic planning initiatives by providing HR insights and recommendations
- Maintain accurate employee records and data entry using HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft and Ceridian
- Assist in organization design efforts to optimize workforce structure

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment labor laws
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft and Ceridian for data entry and reporting purposes
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational skills
